AODA Evidence Packs
Offered by Atharv Sowany, sole proprietor: “AODA evidence packs”.
Documentation support for your organisation’s own AODA accessibility compliance report: we assemble your accessibility policies, training records and other evidence into a single pack, organised the way the report asks for it. The pack is evidence and documentation support only. It is not a compliance certification and it is not legal advice. Your organisation reviews the pack, certifies, and files its own report.
What a pack contains
- Your organisation’s accessibility policies, training records and other documents, assembled into a single pack, organised to the questions the report asks.
- A contents checklist keyed to the report’s questions.
- Any template included in the pack is labelled as a template, for your organisation to review and adopt as its own.
- Web-evidence components: dated scans of your organisation’s public website, an issue history, and an inventory of the PDFs found at the scanned pages: a record of dated findings and of remediation effort.
Website scans
A pack can include dated scans of your organisation’s public website. What a scan can and cannot show: automated scanning detects only part of what WCAG covers. Published estimates put automated detection at roughly 30 to 40 percent of WCAG issues. Issues a scan does not flag may still exist, and this pack is not a manual accessibility audit. The scans reference WCAG 2.0 Level AA, the AODA standard.
Fee
CA$249 fixed per pack, paid on delivery. The fee covers the pack described on this page.
